Besides the co-production of Danger Mouse on the lead-off single "Tighten Up," the Akron garage-blues duo, The Black Keys, requested no help with their sixth studio album. After eight years in the business, Auerbach and Carney are familiar enough with each other and their own sound, that any outside influences may have proved to be a hindrance; once the opening track kicks off, the last thing you'll want this duo to do, is slow down.
